Hi Readers,
Nifty and Bank
Nifty moved up as was mentioned in my previous blog.
Wherein it was
mentioned that Bank Nifty is strong and will give impetus to Nifty.
Same happened.
Now What:-
Now in the
coming week I will try to book profits at 18036 to 18076 around levels for once
and step aside.
Bank Nifty’s
movement in next 2 days will be important to watch.

NIFTY SPOT 17539.45
Hi Readers,
Nifty made a low
of 17166 and then rebounded from there due to short covering and made a high of
17777 and then closed at 17539. .
Now What:-
Now Nifty is standing
at important juncture. Charts are showing that it is Bank Nifty in coming week
which holds the key. Bank Nifty chart is at important point, a small up move in
bank Nifty can take Nifty along with it.
Thus Nifty
above 17608 and Bank Nifty above 39670 is a good area for rebound and short
covering may creep in. But with a view that this situation if happens by Tuesday
will be taken by both hands by bulls.
In the coming
week till if Nifty stays above 17433 and Bank Nifty does not shows the weakness
then I will not look for selling possibilities.
But yes Nifty
below 17433 and Bank Nifty below 39007. I will look for selling possibilities.

NIFTY SPOT 17558.90
Hi Readers,
Nifty gave
respect to our resistance area and support area.
During the
week Nifty faced resistance exactly at our mentioned level and fell from there.
Now What:-
In the coming
week Nifty is expected to be weak and below 17458 its character will be sell on
every rise.
In the coming
week till Nifty is below 17458 I will look for selling possibilities with a
stop loss of 17519 and 17558 closing basis.

resistance on RSI above 82 and fell from there. For Index RSI above 82 is
resistance zone.

coming week 17693 will act as resistance and 17268 will act as support.

is also monthly expiry week also.

strong hands right now and as of now it is moving up relentlessly.
The overall
structure is buy on dips.

Nifty and Bank Nifty RSI on daily charts is above 82 dips are also not ruled
out.
