Nifty closed at 18665.50 could not cross 18900 as was mentioned in my previous blog.

I would like to bring my neck up for shorting Nifty here at 18665 with the stop loss of 18812.

Hi Readers,

Nifty moved up and closed at 18826.

Nifty showed strength in-spite of heavy call writing, which is a good sign.

 

Now What:-

Nifty is showing strength and also on the verge of breakout of big ascending triangle pattern.

The breakout will be at 18912.

It is expected that the coming week will be range bound, as immediately after the breakout Nifty might not go up run away. Thus in this week both up and down movements though small, which may call as tussle may be there.

As soon as Nifty closed below 18264 it fell down to 18060 giving respect to our analysis

 

Now What:-

View is still the same.

Below 18264 Nifty is weak.

But this Rs 2000 note news might create volatility in markets.

As sometimes problem of plenty/consensus creates problem.

But still the technical levels are technical levels and we have to follow them.

Thus keep holding the short position with a stop loss of 18371.
